    Plagued by distraction, relentless screen time, toxic foods, alcohol, and other substances — many of us have grown accustomed to living with chronic illness and on the run from anxiety. Relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms just to get through the day, many of us are desperate for a change but unsure where to start.

    Rodding

    A new mode of connection beyond the trappings of institutionalized religion, rodding takes us back to the original intent behind the religious impulse: a quiet practice. Creating a direct and observable experience of the Fource, rodding restores the belief that a Fource beyond perception truly does exist and we can communicate with it.

Beginning with her grandfather, followed by her father, and now Jaclyn — over the course of three generations — rodding has served as a source of connection and inspiration to the Barber family.
