In this entry, Jaclyn proposes that many of us struggle with unhealthy habits and patterns. Through a rodding session, Jaclyn discovers that our dysfunctional behaviors stem from our fast paced lifestyle. But, when we slow down and quiet our minds, awareness around these patterns emerges and with that, the opportunity for greater intentionality.

Entry 10: Wandering Upward
In this entry, Jaclyn reflects on how existence seems to center on wandering. Through a rodding session, Jaclyn learned that wandering often leads upward. Ego, fear, doubt and greed interfere with this journey. Love and compassion, however, lead to peace and inspiration.
