Entry 11: Freeing Oneself From Old Patterns
In this entry, Jaclyn proposes that many of us struggle with unhealthy habits and patterns. Through a rodding session, Jaclyn discovers that our dysfunctional behaviors stem from our fast paced lifestyle. But, when we slow down and quiet our minds, awareness around these patterns emerges and with that, the opportunity for greater intentionality.

Entry 5: Cycles
In this entry, Jaclyn discusses the significance of cycles, both in the natural world and within our own beings. Although we can sometimes strive for linear progress, in a rodding session, Jaclyn discovered the importance of cycles, and how they can continually inspire us to reflect and adapt.

Entry 4: Fear Separates Us
Jaclyn recounts her journey of overcoming anxiety through daily mindfulness meditation via Dr. Richard Davidson’s Healthy Minds app. She then shares insights from a rodding session, focusing on fear and the transformative power of embracing the Fource. Through mindfulness, nutrition, openness, and rodding, Jaclyn came to believe in the Fource beyond perception and began to overcome fear.

Entry 3: Values-Centered Living
Jaclyn shares how her degrees in Religion and Philosophy led her to a deep understanding of mindfulness meditation and ethics. She then shares information obtained through a rodding session, specifically the problem with egocentrism and how communication and values-centered living work together to move the entire universe forward.

Entry 2: Laying the Foundation
In this next entry, Jaclyn begins by sharing about her first experience of the Fource flowing through her. She then shares an analogy obtained through a rodding session that helps illustrate how the Fource, consciousness, and beings work together to create fully actualized human beings.

Entry 1: Bells Ringing
In this entry, Jaclyn highlights the importance of curiosity, openness, patience, dedication, and daily quiet time in the pursuit of knowledge about the Fource beyond perception. She then shares insights obtained through a rodding session and a reflection on the information that was shared.
